Car Space: You can rent a private car parking space in the complex for just €10 per day.

WIFI: Is included in the rental prices

Travel Cot and High Chair: Free of charge

Camp Bed: Charged at €40 per week

Taxi Transfer from/to Malaga Airport:  This can be pre-booked so that the driver is waiting for you on arrival, avoiding the queues at the taxi rank. The charge is cheaper than the taxi’s on the airport rank, €75 one way. Taxi’s will take up to 4 people. Larger vehicles taking up to 8 people cost €100 each way.

Cleaning:  The cost of cleaning following your departure is included in the price. For stays of 14 nights or over a mid-stay towel/linen change is also included. If you wish to book additional cleaning this can be arranged, the cost is approximately €12 per hour.

Note:

• Prices listed are in Euros € and are per apartment per week
• Security deposit €250 payable in advance and refunded after stay subject to t&c’s
• For rentals shorter than a week please contact me for a quotation
• If your rental dates cross over seasons, just take the weekly rate for each season and divide by 7 to get the rate per night. You can then work out the number of nights that apply in each season to work out your total cost.
