The Parque Marbella complex is located right in the heart of Marbella, close to all amenities. The complex is mainly residential but there are some holiday rental properties available to rent.

If you want to stay in central Marbella then look no further. The location is one of the main reasons people stay here, close to the beach and Marbella Old Town which means there's no necessity to hire a car.

Stroll in the evening on the beautiful Marble Promenade which stretches for about 2 miles along the seafront. Or take a relaxing walk in the Municipal Park located beside the comlex.

 

 

 

Location, Location, Loaction !! If you want to stay in central Marbella then this is one of the best locations available.

Beware of other apartments advertised as being in "Marbella" but which are located in areas like Nueva Andalucia, Puerto Banus, Elvira and Calahonda to mention a few. The Marbella "area" stretches west just beyond San Pedro, east beyond Calahonda and north well into the mountains. If you stay in these areas you can be as far as 8 miles or more from Marbella town and have limited access to shops, bars and restaurants. Taxi's to/from Marbella town can be expensive and difficult to get particularly in high season. So you may be offered a lower rental price but any saving you make on the rental will be quickly spent on car hire or taxis, not to mention the inconvenience and precious holiday time wasted travelling.

 

The Parque Marbella complex is located in central Marbella, the only place to stay !!  

 

The Parque Complex is privately owned and over 60% residential. There is 24 hour security and you can only gain acces to the complex by key. There is lift access to each floor.

The complex is well maintained and although it is in central Marbella, once inside the complex it is very quiet and overlooks the beautiful municipal park.

The complex has two large pools and a kiddies pool whch are open from 10am until 10pm. Sun loungers are provided in each apartment and you can leave these at the pool during your stay. So you don't have to rush to the pool each morning to "claim" your place, your seats remain at the pool and you can come & go as you please.
